Barry was born and raised in Burleson Texas, after High School he went to Sam Houston State University and Tarleton State University. He graduated from Tarleton State in 1980 with a degree in Agricultural Education. After working for Mann Agriculture Services in Cleburne, he started teaching Agriculture Science in High School, first at Arlington High School. In 1983 he and his family moved to Springtown, and for the next 25 years he taught Agriculture Science in the communities of Springtown, Poolville, and Brock.
While teaching Agriculture Science in High School he trained many State qualifying teams in Land & Range; Pasture Evaluation and Wildlife Management. During this time he received many awards such as the: Bayard H. Friedman “Hero” Award and the Jack Harvey Fellow Exemplary Teacher Award from Weatherford College.
After retirement from Brock ISD in 2010, Barry received his Real Estate License and began working for Keller Williams Realty in Weatherford. While working with Keller Williams, Barry earned and received many awards throughout the years such as Growth Agent of the Year and “Texas Monthly” 5 Star Real Estate Professional for 2013, 2014, and 2015. In 2016 Barry obtained his Real Estate Brokers License and along with his son started Kirkpatrick Realty. Barry absolutely loves his profession of a Real Estate Broker, but more than anything he loves helping and working with people. He has had the unique honor of helping some of his former students buy their first home or property. His goal is to help you have the least effort and less stress in your next Real Estate transaction!
Krayton is a native of Parker County and a graduate of Tarleton State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Services and Development in 2008.
As a life long resident of Parker County, he graduated high school from Brock I.S.D. and after graduating college he moved back close to the family ranch in Poolville, TX. His love for agricultural, hunting/fishing and raising Angus cattle allows him to have a lot in common with many of his real estate clients.
Krayton has received many awards as a top producing Realtor and started his career at Keller Williams Realty where he was named “Rookie Of The Year” and topped the charts for most volume sold every year after that. His father Barry pursued his Brokers License and they both co-founded and now operate Kirkpatrick Realty LLC.
His real estate success has come from his love of helping others, his passionate marketing ability, his desire to be the best in the business and his dedication to the Lord.
Krayton other interest include his family; wife Lisa, and daughters Braylee and Landry. He is a member of numerous organizations including; Parker County Sherriffs Posse, Parker County Livestock Improvement Association, Texas Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, American Angus Association, American Quarter Horse Association, National Association of Realtors, Weatherford Board of Realtors, and Greenwood Baptist Church; just to mention a few.
Cameron is a native of Parker County and graduated high school from Brock I.S.D. He currently lives in the cultural district of Fort Worth and is heavily involved in the Texas Oilfield Community at the executive level.
Cameron is a member of multiple SPE and AADE chapters with an extensive network of high net worth individuals. He is a sales and marketing executive and shareholder of a two hundred million dollar oil and gas manufacturing enterprise that he has been involved with from almost the ground up.
His background as an Oil & gas land agent gives him significant experience with complex contracts and negotiations. He has extensive knowledge of minerals, wells and pipeline ROW which plays a role in most land accusations in todays real estate market.
Cameron has a solid understanding of business and commercial real estate finances and enjoys working with investors to help them gain returns on their investment. His knowledge of investments and smart business decisions is very helpful to clients he represents when buying or selling real estate to capitalize their returns.
Cameron is a licensed pilot and has the ability to fly his clients across the state to look at real estate from a birds eye view.
His other interest include his family; wife Kaleigh and daughter Kennedy. He also enjoys spending time in the mountains snow skiing and playing Golf.
Allison has been a resident of Parker County for 28 years. She lives with Steve her husband and together they manage a 25 acre ranch in Poolville where they raise black Angus cattle and coastal hay.
Allison has worked in Long Term Healthcare for the last 24 years with an emphasis on the financial aspects. She has helped countless families and patients navigate the Medicare and Medicaid systems throughout her years in Long Term Care. She also spent 4 years as a Corporate Consultant with various Long Term Care companies assisting them with collection procedures and policies. Her passion and drive to assist our elderly population is evident when you speak to her regarding her work in long term care.
Allison earned her Real Estate License in May 2015 and started her Realtor career with Keller Williams Realty. Allison joined the team at Kirpatrick Realty in March 2017.
Allison brings passion to help people with Real Estate. Her goal is to make the process as seamless as possible and with the least amount of stress on both buyers and sellers just as she did in the medical industry.
Allison enjoys her animals, gardening, her children and grandchildren. She and Steve also enjoy fishing and traveling in their RV when time allows. She loves the country life and ranching.
