Jason James, a Texas and Parker County resident for more than 30 years, lives with his wife and their two children in Weatherford, Texas.

During and after college, Jason spent several years working with various builders on the successful completion of both residential and commercial projects in Parker, Wise and Tarrant Counties.

Since 2004, Jason has gained extensive knowledge of Land and Lease Acquisitions in the Oil and Gas industry. He is a Registered Petroleum Landman and an Active member of the American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL). Throughout his career, he has assisted various Oil and Gas Companies in thousands of property ownership negotiations and contract executions for leases, right of way, and both mineral and surface rights. Jason also currently works with various investors to acquire and purchase mineral and royalty interests throughout Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

Jason began his real estate career with Keller Williams Realty located in Weatherford, Texas. During his tenure at Keller Williams, Jason received rewards for his achievements and consistently demonstrated dedication and a high level of professionalism to each of his clients.
