Barry was born and raised in Burleson Texas, after High School he went to Sam Houston State University and Tarleton State University. He graduated from Tarleton State in 1980 with a degree in Agricultural Education. After working for Mann Agriculture Services in Cleburne, he started teaching Agriculture Science in High School, first at Arlington High School. In 1983 he and his family moved to Springtown, and for the next 25 years he taught Agriculture Science in the communities of Springtown, Poolville, and Brock.
While teaching Agriculture Science in High School he trained many State qualifying teams in Land & Range; Pasture Evaluation and Wildlife Management. During this time he received many awards such as the: Bayard H. Friedman “Hero” Award and the Jack Harvey Fellow Exemplary Teacher Award from Weatherford College.
After retirement from Brock ISD in 2010, Barry received his Real Estate License and began working for Keller Williams Realty in Weatherford. While working with Keller Williams, Barry earned and received many awards throughout the years such as Growth Agent of the Year and “Texas Monthly” 5 Star Real Estate Professional for 2013, 2014, and 2015. In 2016 Barry obtained his Real Estate Brokers License and along with his son started Kirkpatrick Realty. Barry absolutely loves his profession of a Real Estate Broker, but more than anything he loves helping and working with people. He has had the unique honor of helping some of his former students buy their first home or property. Krayton is a native of Parker County and a graduate of Tarleton State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Services and Development in 2008.
As a life long resident of Parker County, he graduated high school from Brock I.S.D. and after graduating college he moved back close to the family ranch in Poolville, TX. His love for agricultural, hunting/fishing and raising Angus cattle allows him to have a lot in common with many of his real estate clients.

He started his career at Keller Williams Realty where he was named “Rookie Of The Year” and topped the charts for most volume sold every year after that. Jason James, a Texas and Parker County resident for more than 30 years, lives with his wife and their two children in Weatherford, Texas.
During and after college, Jason spent several years working with various builders on the successful completion of both residential and commercial projects in Parker, Wise and Tarrant Counties.
Since 2004, Jason has gained extensive knowledge of Land and Lease Acquisitions in the Oil and Gas industry. A lifelong Texas resident born and raised in the west Texas town of Andrews, Mark came to Parker County in 1996 as a Weatherford College student on a scholarship for the livestock judging team. After graduating with an associate’s degree from Weatherford College, Mark moved on to Tarleton where he earned his bachelors degree. Mark then joined the corporate world in beef and food production facilities and over the next 17 years he would grow to manage production facilities with over 150mm in sales.
In 2018 Mark left the corporate world to pursue a passion in real estate and construction. As an active investor in the local market, Mark stays in tune with the DFW market and only wishes to share his passion and knowledge with others in DFW as he grows his business as a realtor. Paul Casey was born and raised in Parker County where he graduated from Peaster High School. Paul attended Weatherford College, transferred to Tarleton State University where he was a member of the livestock judging team, was active in organizations including the agriculture fraternity Alpha Gamma Rho and a member of the spirit group known as the Purple Poo. He graduated with a degree in Agriculture Services and Development immediately starting his agriculture teaching career with Weatherford ISD. Shortly thereafter, Paul was thrilled to rejoin his Alma Matter where he led the agriculture department for 25 years. Paul took great pride in coaching his students in local, state and national contests including livestock, land, and a state winning horse judging team and many state proficient public speakers. Paul is rounding out his career in education on the administration team at Peaster ISD where he serves as the Communication Director.
Paul enjoys spending time with his four children and volunteering with community charities and organizations including a Directorship with Tarleton Alumni Association and currently a commissioner in the newly formed town of Peaster. A lifelong Texas resident, Brian was born and raised in Ft. Worth, Texas until his family bought a ranch and moved to the Perrin, Texas area when he was in the second grade. He grew up in the country, hunting, fishing and was always around cattle. He was in 4-H in his elementary years and in high school held offices in the FFA Chapter and raised a steer every year in ag class. He worked on the family ranch and with his Dad, who is a Master Plumber in new and remodel plumbing construction.
After graduation from Perrin Whitt CISD, Brian entered Weatherford College. While there he studied Agriculture and was on the college livestock judging team and he traveled many states judging livestock in competitions. Brian graduated from Weatherford College with an Associate of Arts degree in Agriculture in 1984.
He went to work for a manufacturing and warehouse facility in Weatherford for a total of 18 years, working in the injection molding areas, Quality department and finally in the warehouse as a supervisor. He also worked on a local Parker County ranch for few years learning the yearling cattle business, farming and other ranch duties. He really enjoyed the work, but moved on when he was given the opportunity to work in the oil and gas field as a gas compression Parts Warehouseman and Inventory Specialist.
While working for the gas compression company, Brian and his wife Kim bought a small ranch in Poolville, Texas in 2011 where they raised cattle and coastal hay. After being laid off from the gas compression company in 2014, Brian focused on their ranch and worked as a dispatcher in the trucking industry from home. Brian and Kim loved living in the country in the Poolville area but recently moved just outside Weatherford to be closer to his wife’s work. He still runs the family ranch in Poolville.
Brian and Kim are involved in their church and are dedicated to the Lord and seek God’s Will and Direction in their daily lives.
Brian recently acquired his real estate sales agent license and joined Kirkpatrick Realty. Jimmy Dickens was born and raised in Burnet, Texas. After finishing high school in the Texas Hill Country, he attended Tarleton State University. Jimmy received his Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Education in 1974, and then received his Master’s Degree in Education in 1975. After college he went on to teach Agricultural Science for 32 years. His teaching career started at Lubbock Cooper High School where he taught for 2 years, and then on to Springtown High School for 30 years.
After retiring from teaching, Jimmy received his Real Estate License in 2008. He has been serving Parker County and surrounding areas with real estate transactions for 12 years. During this time, he has also been the owner/agent of a local real estate brokerage.
Jimmy has been involved in all aspects of agriculture services, which has provided many opportunities and relationships to expand his success in real estate activities.
